My name is Frank Connell, and I’m an Owner and Chief Financial Officer of FAS Roofing. I was born in New York and moved to Florida at age 12 after my mother was diagnosed with cancer — a formative experience that taught me resilience, responsibility, and the value of hard work.

After graduating from Crystal River High School, I earned my Business degree from the University of Florida. I started my first company at 25 years old and have since gone on to own and operate multiple successful businesses throughout Florida. 

At FAS Roofing, I oversee financial operations and strategic planning, ensuring we deliver the reliable, high-quality service our customers deserve.

I bring a strong work ethic and leadership mindset to everything I do — qualities developed over more than 20 years as a professional athlete and honed further through my ongoing role as a collegiate football official. Officiating at the college level requires intense focus, discipline, and accountability — the same traits I expect from our team and bring to every project we take on.

Though I don’t come from a traditional construction background, I’ve built FAS Roofing on a foundation of integrity, expert partnerships, and a passion for doing things the right way. Our team of skilled professionals treats every home like it’s our own, and we’re proud to serve the communities where we live and work.

My name is Anthony Sampson, and I’m proud to be a lifelong resident of Citrus County, Florida—known to many as “one of the locals.” I was born and raised here, and serving my community through honest, hard work is something I value deeply.

I bring 13 years of roofing experience, specializing in shingle and metal roofs, and I’ve built a reputation for being a self-motivator, a problem solver, and a true professional. In 2024, I also tapped into my entrepreneurial spirit and co-founded DRD Gunworks, a firearm repair company, proving my ability to adapt, improvise, and overcome challenges in any industry.

At FAS Roofing, I am your point of contact once your project reaches the installation stage. I ensure clear communication, quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with building codes—while keeping job sites clean and organized. My role is to make sure your roof is installed the right way, the first time.

But I don’t do it alone—it takes a team. Leland drives operations and keeps the big picture in focus. Stephanie manages the details and first impressions that keep everything on track. Frank ensures financial stability, and Shane keeps logistics flowing. My job is to bring it all together at the final stage so your home gets the care it deserves.
